Change Commission Address

The Commission Address is used by BTC Validators to receive commission rewards. Validators can update this address directly through the client.

1. Navigate to the "Change Commission Address" menu

If you're running from source code, please execute "yarn start-commander" to run the client.

yarn start-commander

If you're running with Docker, please use the following commands to run it in interactive mode (assume the container name is commander)

docker rm commander
docker run -it --name commander -v $HOME/.exsat/:/app/.exsat -e CLIENT_TYPE=commander exsatnetwork/exsat-client:latest

Then perform the "Change Commission Address" action by choose :

BTC Validator -> Change Commission Address

2. Perform the "Change Commission Address" action

After registered , BTC Validator can change the commission address, and commissions will be collected to this account. The commission address is an EVM format address, and the owner of the commission address can claim commissions on the front-end page.
