Bridge BTC for gas fee

Uploading and verifying BTC data, along with other operations on exSat, requires paying gas fees in exSat. These gas fees are deducted from the BTC deposited when creating the account. When the balance is low, you will need to recharge with more BTC as gas fee.
You can check the BTC balance used for gas fees on the Synchronizer/Validator account details page.
If you're running from source code, please execute "yarn start-commander" to run the client.
If you're running with Docker, please use the following commands to run it in interactive mode (assume the container name is commander)
